Vivi, an experiment of SPECTRE, created for their "Black Dolls" project using strange alien technology. While the projects reason still remains unknown, her presence is always one known by the members of SPECTER. Few knows of her motives and what goes on in her mind, mostly because she is mute, a matter she does'nt want to talk about (hahaha, very funny). She's very unpredictable, and has been known to dissobey orders to do things her own way, often causing great destruction to anyone that oposses her. Few wants to befriend her, but some have, like SpecALPHA who likes to follow her reluctantly, whom Vivi dispisess. Some claims to have seen a huge robotic being simhilair to her, but these claims are most likely an overstatement to hype her infamous legends. She is very durable, and can take ona full tank shot without any problems. Fighting her is not advisable, infact, the daughter of LIANDRI's head researcher (who claims to have fought her) gave the following statement:"Fighting Vivi is like being Emo, your just asking to get brutalised in a horrable way..."
